SWEET CHILLI PASTE (Piment doux)

A clever blend of hot peppers and vegetarian chilli peppers (i.e. which don’t produce a burning sensation). This paste is halfway between hot and mild.
Recommended use:
It is great with meat, fish, shellfish, vegetables, salad dressings and sauces.
Recipe idea: Stuffed vegetables
Hollow out 2 courgettes and 2 large tomatoes. Sauté a stuffing mixture consisting of sausage meat previously mixed with ½ teaspoon of TOCO garlic cream + minced veal. Add the vegetables and 1 teaspoon of TOCO sweet chilli paste. Allow to simmer. Stuff the vegetables with the stuffing mixture and bake for 40 minutes at 180°C.
